Kayla Slack, the Executive Administrator of The Insurors Group of Texas (IG) had a problem: She was trying to leverage the data held by her 12 Texas-based insurance agency members to build programs with carriers, but each member had their data stored in a separate AMS system—the data she needed was disconnected, not standardized and highly inconsistent between members. Getting a full picture of the collective book of business across all of the IG members was critical to Kayla’s goal of building great programs, but the data challenges were not insignificant.

Finally, the centralized solution omitted sensitive customer identifiable information that members preferred not to share.
IG’s members were thrilled, as their workload to get IG critical data went from hours per month to zero, and Kayla was able to use that data to build programs that benefited them without exposing critical customer data to the IG collective. Member agencies got a powerful tool that they could use inside of their agency to drive growth, and IG got what they needed without their intervention.
Today at IG, the ennabl platform has become an indispensable tool in Kayla’s daily workflow, and she actively promotes its usage among colleagues and other agencies. The ability to see a unified and holistic view of how IG is performing as a whole has greatly streamlined IG's operations and allows Kayla to do her job more seamlessly.

Using the ennabl platform, IG was able to build a program with a top 10 insurance carrier focused on the construction industry that drove thousands of incremental dollars in revenue back to IG members.
