About the Role
‍

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work closely with engineering, product, and client-facing teams to help standardize, enrich, and troubleshoot complex insurance data sets. Your insights and documentation will directly impact how customers interact with and gain value from their data.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably working with B2B or SaaS products
• Solid understanding of data modeling, data quality, and ETL processes
• Experience working with structured data in SQL, spreadsheets, or similar analytical tools
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Experience in the insurance industry or working with insurance data is a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Analyze, interpret, and document insurance-related datasets across various formats and structures
• Lead efforts in data normalization, cleansing, and enrichment to ensure consistency and usability
• Collaborate with the engineering team to design and improve ETL processes that load and transform client data
• Identify, troubleshoot, and document data issues, working closely with internal teams to resolve them efficiently
• Communicate data findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
