The Role
We’re looking for a Data Analyst with 2–5 years of experience to join our team and play a key role in analyzing and processing complex insurance data. This position is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, hands-on experience in data tools, and a solid understanding of ETL processes.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with tools like PySpark
- Solid understanding of database design and ETL processes
- Effective communication skills
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the insurance industry or with agency management systems
- Familiarity with AWS services such as SageMaker and Glue
Responsibilities
- Analyze, understand, and document insurance-related datasets
- Collaborate with engineering teams to build and support data extraction for ETL processes
- Test and validate insurance data loaded into data marts to ensure accuracy
- Troubleshoot and document data issues, working closely with internal teams
- Engage with insurance agencies to identify key data elements and design data models to support them
