Location
This role is a primarely a remote role, but the candidate will need to spend 1 day per week in an Ennabl Office, and therefore will need to be located in either:
- The New York City area (visiting the office in Greenwich, CT)
- The LA Area (visiting the office in El Segundo, CA)
About the Role
This is a critical leadership position that will have a tremendous impact on the success of this growing company. This person will be able to design and implement key processes around finance and operations that will Ennabl to continue to scale, and achieve its plans to grow by 4x in the next three years. This person will work directly with the CEO and COO of the company to manage all processes around invoicing, accounting financial planning and analysis, budgeting, cash management, collections as well as working in a cross-functional manner with HR, legal, product development, sales, customer success and other Ennabl teams. This person will also be responsible for designing and implementing financial compliance procedures.

Scope and Responsibilities
Finance & Strategy
- Design and implement processes for invoicing customers and cash collection, and contract management
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support product development, hiring, and growth plans.
- Build and maintain dashboards that help leadership track financial and operational metrics.
- Manage accounting payroll, and financial reporting, and work with external auditors
- Oversee cash flow and ensure financial sustainability and runway planning
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, including working with customers and vendors to negotiate favorable deals.
- Assist with investor reporting and due diligence during fundraising.
Operations & Infrastructure
- Improve and scale internal systems, from procurement to vendor management to IT tools.
- Own office operations and remote team logistics
- Help streamline legal, HR, and compliance functions (in partnership with external advisors)
- Develop processes for onboarding, offboarding and managing employees, as well as all Ennabl assets and infrastructure
Leadership & Culture
- Build and lead a small but mighty ops/finance team as we grow.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, product, and marketing.
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and clarity around goals and resources.
What We’re Looking For
- 6–10+ years of experience in finance and/or operations, ideally in a startup or high-growth SaaS environment.
- Strong financial acumen: Fluent in balance sheets, cash flow models, and budgeting.
- Systems thinker who loves streamlining processes and solving operational puzzles.
- Experience scaling internal systems, working with external vendors, and handling multiple hats.
- Great communicator who can translate numbers into stories and strategies.
- Someone who has worked extensively with QuickBooks, and potentially worked with other tools like QuickBooks, Ramp, Notion, Carta, etc.
- Has a degree in finance or accounting or extensive experience in these areas.
