Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment, HR operations, or a similar role
  • Fluent Russian and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Comfortable working with remote teams and international candidates
  • Experience with HR tools or ATS systems is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Drive the recruitment process by screening CVs and applications, conducting initial HR interviews, and maintaining clear and timely communication with candidates
  • Manage core HR operations, including onboarding and offboarding, contract administration, and accurate maintenance of employee records
  • Coordinate documentation, system access requests, and first-day logistics for new hires
  • Keep HR systems, trackers, and documentation accurate and up to date
  • Coordinate employee relocation processes when required
  • Support additional HR-related administrative tasks and projects as needed
