Role Overview
We’re hiring a Product Marketing & Demand Generation Manager to own how Ennabl is positioned in the market and how that positioning turns into real demand and sales conversations.
This is a hybrid role that blends product marketing, content creation, demand generation, and LinkedIn distribution. You’ll take complex workflows and platform capabilities and turn them into clear stories, strong sales-ready assets, and demand that supports pipeline.
This role is hands-on and foundational. It’s not about running a large marketing machine, it’s about creating clarity and momentum at the right stage.
What You’ll Do
Product Marketing & Messaging
- Own core messaging and positioning across Ennabl’s workflows and platform
- Translate product capabilities into clear, credible narratives for insurance buyers
- Create sales-ready assets including one-pagers, decks, demo narratives, and case studies
- Stay tightly aligned with Product on roadmap, capabilities, and differentiation
Demand Generation & GTM Support
- Plan and execute lightweight demand generation efforts aligned to sales priorities
- Support outbound with campaigns, content themes, and follow-up assets
- Focus on pipeline influence and sales effectiveness, not vanity metrics
- Support events, demos, and launches with clear narratives and content
LinkedIn & Distribution
- Own LinkedIn as a primary channel for distribution and demand generation
- Manage Ennabl’s company page content and support executive and founder presence
- Turn product launches, POVs, and customer insights into compelling LinkedIn content
- Ensure LinkedIn activity connects to outbound, events, and sales conversations
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success
- Incorporate field feedback into messaging and positioning
- Bring market and competitive insights into GTM discussions
What You Bring
- 4-6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing
- Strong product marketing background with real sales-facing output
- Hands-on demand generation experience
- Proven experience using LinkedIn as a demand and distribution channel
- Comfort working in early-stage or fast-moving environments
- Clear, structured communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity
Nice to Have
- InsurTech, FinTech, or vertical SaaS experience
- Early-stage startup experience
- Familiarity with Hubspot or basic marketing automation tools
- Experience supporting conferences or field marketing
