Overview

This role is focused on end-to-end project execution across product delivery, client projects, platform rollouts, and internal initiatives. You will work closely with Product Owners, Technical Project Managers, and Engineering leads to plan work, track progress, surface risks, and ensure every project lands on time and in scope.

You don’t need to be an insurance expert or a technical specialist but beneficial. Your value is in organization, communication, momentum, and elevating clarity across teams.

Responsibilities
‍

Project Delivery & Execution

• Drive projects from kickoff to completion ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables stay on track.
• Build structured project plans, maintain weekly status updates, and coordinate dependencies across teams.
• Run workstreams, standups, and retros for delivery initiatives and platform launches.
• Proactively identify risks, blockers, resource needs, and push for resolution.
  

Cross-Team Coordination

• Act as the operating rhythm for projects, ensuring alignment between POs, TPMs, Engineering, CX, and Leadership.
• Keep documentation clean and current including scope, decisions, requirements, risks, timelines, and ownership.
• Build repeatable playbooks for execution and support scale as delivery velocity increases.
  

Client & Stakeholder Communication

• Support TPMs on client implementations by tracking timelines, action items, and next steps.
• Prepare executive-ready summaries, status reports, and delivery snapshots.
• Ensure handoffs to Customer Success, Support, and Product are smooth and complete.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years project management experience in SaaS, technology, delivery, consulting, or operations.
• Known for organization, clarity, accountability, and driving work forward.
• Strong communicator with ability to align diverse teams to a single delivery plan.
• Experience in agile environments and tools like Jira, YouTrack, Asana, or equivalent.
• Comfort with fast-moving work, shifting priorities, and startup-level pace.
• PMP/CSM is a plus, not required.
• Insurance or technical background is helpful but not necessary.
